OSIRIS accurately models the effect of different parameters on your separation :
- Organic solvent concentration (binary system)
- Second organic solvent concentration (ternary system)
- Third organic solvent concentration (isocratic quaternary system)
- Temperature
- pH
- Gradient conditions and profile
This modelling can be performed simultaneously for up to 2 or 3 parameters. The mathematical models used are specific for each type of parameters and enables the prediction of an exact optimum.

The Gradient Editor allows to define some gradient profiles and to predict the resulting chromatogram. You can change the initial and the final points of the gradient just by dragging and dropping them with the mouse or by entering values for initial %B and gradient slope in the table.
